Access Opening Solutions supplies bespoke products manufactured specifically to customer requirements. Where an opening is an awkward shape, a structure needs modification to take a door, or a site needs protection that no standard product provides, fabrication is often the most practical answer.
This capability sits alongside our repair work: it means we can adapt structures, form new frames and manufacture replacement components rather than being limited to what is available off the shelf.

Yes. Much of our fabrication work is adapting existing structures and replacing obsolete components.

Frequently, by forming support steelwork or a purpose-made frame rather than compromising the door.
Can you protect a door that keeps getting hit?
Yes. Purpose-made barriers or guide guards designed around the actual traffic route usually pay for themselves quickly.
Do you provide drawings before manufacture?
For bespoke work we agree the specification, and drawings where the item warrants them, before anything is made.
